What can be presented that has an image and meaning of significance to major supporters? Star of Hope's mission is to the homeless and underprivileged, and they offer their clients a Christian, Christ-centered program, and lead them towards a return to self-sufficiency and substance-free living. So this pewter-sculpted piece depicting the golfer with his outstretched hand to the lost child with her unkempt hair, tattered dress and love-smothered teddy bear is symbolic of the outreach that exists, in part due to the commitment of those caring golfers.
